My heart goes out to her and her family. Please send her your positive vibes as she's waiting for the path results. I can't even begin to imagine the horribleness of having to wait for these things.
I packed up my life from my native Boston roots to come to medical school in NY in 2006 and I moved upstate in 2010 for my EM residency. Great news! I posted on my blog, but not sure how often you check there, so I'll leave a message here too. Benign! Whatever it was had a long name, and I guess is not something that should be there, but since it was already taken out and there were clear margins, I am good. Only regular follow up is needed and no radiation or anything. Hooray!
